carbohydrate - any of various chemical compounds of carbon, hydrogen, and oxygen, such as sugars, starches, and cellulose.   Sugars and starches are the most efficient source of food energy. Stored in the muscle and liver as glycogen and in the blood as glucose.

Sugar = Carbohydrate

The problem with Sodas is that the sugars that you get from them don't break down that well.  If I beleived in conspiracy theories I'd say that you are adicted to the high fructose corn suryp before anything else.

OOOOH right on the dot Gun, sugar does have a cell that cant be broken down, which is why splenda, nutrasweet, sweet n low bla bla are good, despite the rumors of danger they possess. If im not mistaken spelnda is sugar with that one part removed so it can be broken down. Doesnt taste that bad in my opinion either.

You have to look at a larger time frame, lets say what happens 3 hours after or since you have been consuming this much on a regular basis, how does it affect your weekly habits, monthly habits,  your weight, heart rate, blood pressure, you know the vitals!

quit drinking the sodas and pound the water instead.

once your heart starts to recovers hit the gym 3 times a week

take it easy at first and work your way into a routine for a few years.

This will probably land you a few dates.

Once the gym doesn't challenge you anymore go see a Marine Recruiter.  He will also help you with that dark mess on the top of your skull that you call a hair cut.

This will probaly land you a few more dates and give you the courage to have a purpouse in life.  ;)

Are you trying to say i'm fat?  I'll have you know i'm 6 foot 2 180LBS.  I may be out of shape but in no way am I fat.  I climb ladders and walk around 6-8 hours a day when I work which is about 3 days a week.  As well as that I have to carry somewhat heavy stuff.  Ranging from the light (toaster ovens) to the heavy (dyson vacuums) off of top shelves.  High frutose corn syrup rules!!

P.S. What happens if you drink 2 Monsters in a row?  I could only stand 14 ounces of the 16 ounce can before it started tasting like Red Bull.

The new Mountain Dew energy drink isn't bad. Most don't really have any effect on me though unless I drink 3 or 4.

I just take my Concerta-E (ritalin clone, extended release) like I'm supposed to.
