This is a great app that will allow you to shut down all non essential applications running. I have use it for a couple years when I sim race online and with AH. (It used to be freeware but I guess now you have to pay for it)

If you look hard enough there are mirror sites that still have it up for free download.

I use to use End It All for AH but FS Autostart is much nicer and restarts everything when you exit AH-

Don't have to pay for it. Got to http://www. bootdisk.com Scroll to utilities, End-it-all2 download there. BTW, this is a great site with all kinds of goodies.
