freazing while loading

some times when im about to get into an arena and its doing all its loading things the game freazes and it wont let me get out of it. i press alt f4 and ctrl alt del but it wont let me get out so i half to restart comp. are there any suggestions aor has this been happing to other ppl?:confused:

What video card?

And do you have most of your external processes turned off?

I start the game with about 15 processes running
