hey really nice job on the skin, but lookin at ur pics I noticed that there is
a ace of hearts card on the left side on one of the 109 images but not on your design, why is this?

Are swastikas going to be allowed in the TOD/CT now?

The Finnish skins have had the "von Rosen's cross" earlier (default G-2 in AH1, AH2 before 2.06). I don't think the nazi swastikas will be allowed now, when they haven't been allowed before.

No.  It was discontinued due to its similarity to the swastika.

I believe they use a blue and white rondel.

Yes, that is correct. (Here's a picture of a Hornet with the roundel).
