Interesting use of technology, but man I'd hate to be their neighbors.  Or even the person that has to sleep in one of those upstairs bedrooms.

The music was broadcast over a low power radio station, so the noise wouldn't bother neighbors.

Sadly, he shut it down today because of traffic and an auto accident that may or may not have been caused by it.
