This is not about politics now, it is about the law - obeying it or breaking it. It's not like he needs it, getting 100k a pop to hear himself speak.. amazing.

He can lie under oath in court with a straight face - that was why he got into all the trouble.

 That is a no-no for a plaintiff or defendant, but for a layer it may actually be a great qualification.  :)

Telling a lie under oath is not a dis-barrable offense for lawyer<its actually a highly valued skill>.  Getting caught telling a lie under oath is another story.

I don't really care about the outcome on this one.  I'm just curious to see what happens when billy butts heads with the SC.
