There's new 38s, 109s and Spits. The MA fights are as good as the maps basically. You still have massive furballs on the small maps and the milkrun-gang-horde ballet avoiding each other like the bubonic plaugue on the HUGE maps. Overall, there's more Spits and about the same number of La7s. I did a statistic sampling over the weekend, 7 out of every 10 planes were either an La7 or a version of Spitfire, there's less of everything else than before. Connections are more stable, the smoothing code cured almost all the BS stick-stirring warpage and buff formations warp alot less too.
Overall it's a better game.
