He recorded 1 frame every 4 seconds. You are not playing it back/viewing it at 1 frame per 4 seconds, you are viewing it much faster.

Yeah, the camera takes a picture every 4 seconds. The video, however, is playing at 15fps.

15 fps * 229 seconds = 3435 frames * 4 seconds = 13740 seconds / 60 seconds = 229 minutes / 60 minutes = 3.82 hours

Heh, one of my sons was in the back. It's funny, on the drive UP to seattle, I had both kids, but I was so used to driving alone that, when the traffic got backed up, I sat just next to the carpool lane (looking at it enviously) for about 15 minutes before remembering that "Hey, I qualify for this!".

I'd have no problem with carpool lanes within a city... But carpool lanes on freeways between cities are ridiculous.

Actually... it's every vehicle sold in the USA since 1996 that has OBD-II. But you can't just rub a zombie car statue on your computer to make them talk to each other, you need an interface, and that's what I have. It works out the voltages, signals, and provides a serial interface.
