Well we have a problem with that concept.
The problem is that since lethality is lowered to the point of being nonexistant. People tend to try to use bombs & rockets on each other.
So their lethality got lowered also, to prevent them from killing people on the runways etc.
If you want to practise bombing the easiest solution is to go offline, or create your own H2H room. Either way puts you in the drivers seat, lets you set the arena settings to suit yourself. Such as turning "protect objects" off, letting you practice by blowing up your own fields, or bombing your on carrier.
Until the day comes when we can control what ord people load on their planes, the TA is NOT going to be ideal for bomber practise. Because we have no control over it, we have to take the sting out of it. Currently it takes a 2,000 lb bomb a direct hit to kill an ack in the TA. That same ack in the main can be killed with a single 20mm round.
