Can someone email me the current slot terrain so I can look at it in the editor? I am new to it and want to learn how to make one. If I had an example I could tinker with it a little!

I tried to load it into the editor but it wont.

You cannot load the .res file into TE.To learn how to make maps look into help file in the TE

I was just in the TE and it kept locking up on me. I may not be able to use it after all.

I had a similar problem when I first started looking at the editor. Go to File -> New. That should do it.
