I know it is not a handgun, but it is cool.

I picked the EOTech site up for a very good price. The guy who did the groupbuy on the Warrifles forum had one left from that so he gave me the group price.

I have wanted one for years for the neatness factor and the price was right.

Still have not shot the damn thing, braking the jeep and all the rain has not let me get to the range. Saturday or sunday for sure.

Jeezus GTO.. that's the gayest thing I've ever seen on an honest battle rifle. Cripes, you gonna wear a tutu when yah shoot with that thing?

;)
The price of Freedom is the willingness to do sudden battle, anywhere, any time and with utter recklessness...

...at home, or abroad.

I dunno hang... I would like to try it out.   Old eyes and all.   I wouldn't put one on my M1 or mausers but I might try it on my mini 14..

shubie.. I tried a scope once on my Dan Wesson 8" and hated it.   enough so that the thing came off that day and I never tried it again.  In fact... the pic shows the DW in 4"... I put the 4" barrel on it cause I never shoot the damn thing in 8".

I will probly give the gun to my son anyway... Everytime he shows an interest in one of my guns I end up just giving him the damn thing anyway.  I have like 5, 44mags allready.   Missing from the pic is some of the guns I have at my dads and my brothers and my sons houses.

sandie... I don't blame you guys.  Since women find me so irresistable I would have to assume that you "liberal" guys would also find it har....er "difficult" to resist.

We can still be friends tho.   Just... no innapropriate touching (as the say in the mandatory sexual harrasment classes)

I suppose in your case, you don't even need the shiney guns for that result......
DEFINITION OF A VETERAN
A Veteran - whether active duty, retired, national guard or reserve - is someone who, at one point in their life, wrote a check made payable to "The United States of America", for an amount of "up to and including my life."

I just found out one of my friend died two days ago... I just dont have anything funny to say.

He was the dumbest smart guy I knew.  Lost his leg getting hit by a car doing something stupid on a bike, lost his life doing something else stupid.

But that was this guy, those siglines that say life should be a journey that ends with you skiding to a halt all busted up but having lived life. That was this guy..

I am more upset about this then I would have thought.

No problem MT and thanks Laz..

I am dealing with it a bit better, still does not seem real.

I had to call his childhood best friend and let him know. The guy died is such a stupid way, drunk stupid.

It is funny the friend I had to call is closer to me now then the guy who died but I could tell him the whole truth about what happend and henderstood.  This guy even with one leg was destined to die in some crazy stupid way.

The sad part is he was a really smart guy. Having worked with him and been friends with him for years he was one of those guys that would only have to be shown or told how to do something one time and then usauly improved on it.

His downfall was the other crowd he hung with... idiots.

...

Hang,
see thats just your old timers aversion to modern goodies thats kicking in, its not like its pink or anything.
