I belong to a relatively new 4 wheeling group here in Michigan; SoFO (or Soldiers of Fortune Off-Road).  We are only 1 of 10 groups in the Great Lakes Four Wheel Drive Association (which is in turn a prat of United Four Wheel Drive Assoc.).   We just want to protect our hobby.

Here are some pics:

This is my buddy's rig, I was riding shotgun

This is a former National Park Service XJ (notice the kick a** Smokey the Bear Stickers)

This is a CJ7 on a YJ frame.  (Note: this is at Bull Gap.  It is easier to climb this in the winter, but it is a grade of 40-60 degrees and about 1/4 long)

My buddy's TJ again at a good mud hole

This mildly lifted XJ got stuck in the aforementioned Mud hole: (he's in up to the axles).  He was winched out by the Trail Leader.

The Trail leaders TJ with a ton of mods (in a smaller mudhole but, just as difficult)

I have other pics, but I just wanted to put a couple up for the wheelers amongst us.

What he said.
DEFINITION OF A VETERAN
A Veteran - whether active duty, retired, national guard or reserve - is someone who, at one point in their life, wrote a check made payable to "The United States of America", for an amount of "up to and including my life."
