Traveler, they are probably not on squad voice, but on private channel with you. You can tune private on anyone thats online by typing his handle into 5th radio chan. (try it with privating yourself.... you can hear your own transmission for radio checks).

I posted a request in the wish list so anyone deluded enough needs to ask permission like the .join feature before they can privately pm/vox you. That way you can sit back and relax without doing anything secure in the knowledge they're having some kind of seizure 3000 miles away.
