Ya'll missing the point!  What he is trying to say is he wants the "Marshmellow" city (Fat rich whity) on one side and the Grahm"CRACKER" city on the other(mixed - mostly whity) So they can have the 3 cities making ONE BIG OLE "SMORES cities"
