DD, what does the Variance in the "Net Status" chart look like?  It should be pretty smooth.  If there is a sawtooth pattern, it could be another program running in background stealing cycles from AH.

It is usually pretty good. Ping is 200 to 300 and the Net Status is usually many many small teeth. I will post a pic if I can later when I get home.

It does not end. I can be on for 5 mintues or an hour and it has this constant heart beat (not really even a stutter) speed up slow down beat.

That Variance is whacked out DD.  It should be on the '0' line, or very near to it and parallel to it.  Was that screenie taken just after you connected to the arena, while in the tower, or were there a lot of planes/vehicles nearby?

This better? After about 2 minutes with my 26k connect it calmed down. Now that I think about it the one below is normal.

The first screen shot was soon after I logged in and it was a busy base under attack.

Not too long ago ghosth.

Same is happening to me, since some days.
geforce 5900, DX9c, changed drivers, but nothing happens
Variance in delay is nearly flat, nothing new installed on PC, tried with one notch less of sound acceleration....nothing...
DD if you resolve your problem let me know how to do :)

If you are running newer drivers than the 61.77 drivers, you will have problems with that 5900.

I have the same problem.
Drivers are not the problem. I have Ati 9800XT, change drivers 3 times,
reinstall dxc, nothing.
Did anyone with this problem use router ?

You should be using the ATI Catalyst 4.12 drivers with that 9800 card.

Stegor after trying about 10 different drivers, using Driver Cleaner I gave up and just did a reformat. That did the trick. It runs smooth as silk, just as it was before I started having problems.

Now I have another issue, but I will post about that in another thread.

Well Daddog, ....I was afraid to think this was the solution...:(
My changing drivers has come  exactly to your results, (a little better with 61.77; tks for the info Skuzzy)
Preparing for a reformat....:(
I suspect the problem is related to some unknown programs running in background.....

Thanks you all:aok

Stegor, download EasyCleaner (from the maker's website if it's still free; think it's ToniArts.com?) and use the "Startup" feature to disable programs that you know don't need to be running. Has a registry cleaner too; very handy. Be careful with the other tools though; if you just hit "Delete All" on anything but the registry cleaner, you'll be sorry. ;)

Thanks Ooz, I've started disabling some programs, and things runs  better, even if not at all; seems most of the problem was caused by a startup program linked with Panda software antivirus, but I am not convinced at all.
Still trying to avoid a complete reformat:eek:
