And before you get your panties in a knot, I'm not defending Kennedy. Other than his name, his lineage, and a drunken night over a bridge, I don't know a damn thing about him. Nor do I care to. He's not my representative.

I think it's highly relevent.  I do not beleive one can in good faith question a judge on issues that he himself is guilty of while performing the political grandstand dance.  

To me it's not about relevence it's about integrity.  This whole confirmation process has become a sham.
