your definition of "domestic"

as it pertains to an airline flight and phone taps ...

OK! Something meaty!

Any airline flight that originates and ends within the borders is "domestic".  Any phone call originating and ending inside the Country is "domestic". Any cat living in your house is "domestic".

good idea cept for the taxes
but the rich are already taxed more and the poor are already taxed less.

The rich are the ones that run the companies. Tax them more and they simply raise the prices of their peoducts to make up for it.
Guess who gets to pay the higher prices?

So yea. while the poor is getting more money he isnt able to do any more withit then he could before. Its offset byt he higher prices.

Its a trickle down economy no matter what way you slice it. Anytime the rich get less the poor pay more to make up for it

I like the domestic.
anything going on within our country is domestic and subject to US consitutional law.
Anything outside our country is fair game.
sounds good to me.

although. I think any domestic company doing buisness outside our country should be subject to US  labor and tax laws. Even if that labor is being used in another country.
As well as any foreign company doing buisness in the US
