It's called "tailgating" in English. Lawyers love it. Good luck with your misfortune, hope it turns out alright for you.

Hmmm....no accidents with old car, got new car a year ago...had 4 accidents since, the last being caused becasue you were driving to close to the vehicle in front of you and going to fast..

kind of like you approched his 6 at to high a speed...

I am no wondering...When did you start flying AH..maybe he warped

I think you might have a defence here

Seriously, I hope you and the other driver were not hurt, the cars can be fixed.  Hope everything works out for you.

Bike the car is not important. The money either.

What is important is that you (and he) are alive.

I still am affected by the crash I had back in October. (friday 13th of october...woops bad day for sure). When I take a curve in my car I still feel scared to go out of it.

Glad you are OK. Time will cure your car and money problems. Glad you didnt suffer un-curable injuries.

This one counts as a ditch  . Lets re-spawn

yeah...nothing big happened this time (i did great "DEEEEEDEEEEEEEED" sound when my head touched the driving wheel hehe but i'm ok     )
i was trying to connect it to AH somehow, but i found better explenation.
my car is registered at number : WXW 747A and i think that this 747 is responsible for that hehe
btw. i have Fiat Seicento (small like hell and his durability is really lo) it looks like that (err looked):

can you believe that in Poland you must pay about 5600$ for crap like that??? (40HSP 0,9l engine)

link above wasn't working from time to time so i decided that 'll post 2nd one:

generally we are not producing any cars based on Polish conception (project). some companies producing his cars here, like GM (Opel Astra, Corsa) Ford (Transit) Daewoo (almost every model) some companies producing engines or some other parts for his cars like Toyota, Suzuki, Mercedes. if my memory serves me well i can say that last "Polish" car was produced at 1956y.
nowdays there are a lot of "big" cars here, like Kia Preggio witch i damaged badly about 4 months before
