ATI drivers below version 4.12

then type in catalyst in the search window at upper left of screen then press GO.  
you get a list of options choice

"RADEON Previous Windows 2000 Drivers and Software versions prior to CATALYST 5.1 / Multimedia Center 9.03"

or for XP

"RADEON Previous Windows XP Drivers and Software versions prior to CATALYST 5.1 / Multimedia Center 9.03"


Here you will find all previous drivers 0.XXX to 5.1

I think the driver is the same. for both XP and 2000
