Thanks.  It was a lot of work. but that's the fun of making skins :).

I am, however, rather annoyed that these new spit models ain't quite right.  For instance, the exhaust pipes aren't big enough.  They need to be about 50% longer, coming back past the wing leading edge, IMHO.  And of course the spinner's the wrong shape, and they left off all the bumps on the engine cowling, etc.

Agreed on the Spit V.  It just looks wrong up front.  Hard to make a Spit look ugly but it's close :)

Should have mine finished this week also.

Dan - I thought by 41 the RAF was using VHF, in which case the V shouldn't have the aerial wire. (It was wholly contained in the mast),

I've seen pics of Vs with both types of antenna.  Apparently the changeover occurred during the production run.
