I think I could probably swindle 3-4 million in that position, and plus I don't have to have any kind of legal background, I just have to get elected, I was thinking of Congress originally because in TX they are redrawn every other week or so and nobody knows who any of them are because theres so many, but after reading your post I'm leaning towards sherif now

You made two mistakes.
1 your out of state.

#2 you PASSED a trooper.

Unless he is pulled over on the side of the road.
Never pass a trooper on NJTP.
Just keep pace with him till he eventually either exits, or changes over from the car lane to the truck lane or vise versa.

And troopers by and large dont care about surcharges.

Whereas the cops will give you a lessor ticket so as to keep that fine money within the munincipality

Typically if your on the NJ TP and you see a trooper driving. And he doesnt have his lights flashing he is there looking for people going faster then he is or he is on his way off duty.
Its usually wise to assume the former.

Thats about the only times you will actually see a state trooper driving if he is not responding to a call.
Otherwise the only time you will see them is parked, usually just past overpasses

The locals and troopers like to play a game around here.  They will team up and sit in 2 lanes, 1 will hit the speed limit and wait about 20 feet in front of his buddy for a few MPH slower.  You hardly ever see someone passing the slower car, I do it all the time though.  Don't impede the flow of traffic, stunninghunks.  The loooooove to drive 5-10MPH slow around here and see who has the balls to pass them.
