I claim sole use of the 12th Woman!

I get to pick her too!

Then she's mine, Mine, all MINE!

muahahahahahah
If ye love wealth better than liberty, the tranquility of servitude than the animated contest of freedom, go from us in peace. We ask not your counsels or arms. Crouch down and lick the hands which feed you. May your chains sit lightly upon you, and may posterity forget that you were our countrymen!

He should talk to his buddy Gates & refuse sale or use of any MS products by A&M....that would teach em to grow up & quit being texas babies.

We could use a 3rd pro team in texas...The College Station Seahawks?

They don't have the copyright.  That's what's funny about this.  If Paul Allen LITERALLY copyrighted this back then, the Aggies are screwed.   Again, the Aggies DO NOT possess THE LITERAL copyright to the "12th Man".  Saying it since 1922 is NOT a Copyright.

Trademark is different than Copyright.  Aggies will not win.  These is NO similarity between the two.  If the Aggies were smart, they'd hold the Copyright as well.

We've been using it since 1984. What year did the Aggies trademark it? ;)

Grandfather clause.
