For those of you who are mappers and modders, the AvA arena has a development group responsible for creating new historical maps.

Not so much on the map side but -
If you need, or would like a specific Spit skin for any map let me know.
Takes 3-4 weeks to get one done.

I've tried skinning and I just dont seem to have the knack for it (or maybe its patience? ), but I'm working on figuring out the TE.  I'd love to contribute to the map making, as I think thats the one area we really suffer in.

There are a lot of great postings on how to do terrain editing. It's not hard (heck, even I've done it) and when you've completed the work, it's quite rewarding.

Was actually working on a BOB map for possible use in the CT when the AVA opened.  Gonna turn my attention now to another idea that's been lurking in the  dark crevices of my mind.
