I'd like to buy a Map

Lets use our perkies to buy anew map in the MA.

Every 12 hours someone could start a bidding.  You could bid for the current map or against it.  If the "against" bids win we get a new rotation and spend our perkies.  If the "for" bids win we all keep our perkies and the map.

Finally a good way to use those perkies.

i'll donate my 8,000+ bomber perks and 3,000 vehicle perks and I'll even give 1/2 of my fighter perks about 1,000 or so just to get a new map
