If anybody wants to learn how to do a Jabo raid. JG54 gave a class on it tonight. Thats the best executed jabo raid I've ever seen. It wasn't your hoard swarm attack then everybody dies. They hit seperate seletive targets , and then fought their way home.
Thing of beauty. Well Done Green Hearts!:aok

Well tell that bastage to come give us a lesson....................

Seriously  Storch. I noticed tonight without the 109F working in the area, the 190s were much harder to engage.  I only got one burst off at a 190 all night.  Tuesday night I had no problem engaging 190s because they were cooperating with 109s.

When there are 109s in the area , the FW190s seemed to get pulled into the 109s type of fight. Then once engaged in the furball, they are much easier to kill.

I know your not happy about no 109s on the front lines for four days, and thats understandable. However the pure 190 missions you guys ran tonight really showed the 190s strong points , speed, and firepower. Not having to come to the aid of 109s caught in a furball with spits , the 190 pilots really did an awesome job showing off the 190s attributes.

I guess what I'm trying to say is....... It was cool to see the 190 live up to the name Butcher Bird. This RPS has really showed off planes in ways we haven't had the chance to see before.:aok

Yeah.  And a lot of those Spit kills were oldman kills, which don't count.

Shifty's right.  Seriously limiting the plane types, and matching them to their historical dates of operation, has brought history to AH in a way that I've not often seen before (in fact, the Guadalcanal setups with Wildcats v. Zekes are about the only similar occasions I can recall).
