Buran did not have a crew, entire flight and landing was unmanned, something that nobody has done  yet.

And all that technology and buran cost Russia **** load of money which resulted in it only flying 1 time

The Buran Orbiter is soo much superior to that of US Shuttle.  USSR may have been inspired by US Shuttle's aerodynamics, but the Buran is very different to that of US Shuttle.  The Energya rocket is more powerful and safer than Shuttle orbiter's SRB.

dunno, but...

If i remember USSR did share some of their info to NASA.  For example, USSR shared the SALYUT 2's error info to NASA to prevent decompression when 2 docked ships begin to separate.  Russia shared that info at the time when APOLLO - SOYUZ flight was planned for 1975

Yes, you can own a gun(gas-gun or hunt). But due to our idiotic law you cant' use it against unarmed men. Only if it is a group attack or an armed attack.
Sure, if you are member of a special department, such as militia or rescue service for example, you can use a gun without problems :-)

LOL!!!

:rofl

Explain me please, how MD copied MiG-25 to make F-15.

IIRC it's round 15 in this idiotic discussion. Show must go on.

Another thread hijacked. Why noone tells me that I am a bloody xenophobe, as every Russian? :D Seriously. I expected to have fun in a new way, not in this ages-old discussion.

Volk and other Buran crew members were probably the most professional pilots ever. One of the routine excercises was to land an IL-62 airliner without engines.

We managed to make a system that was able to safely land a railway car with small wings, literally a flying brick. I explained why Buran didn't fly again many times here.

Exactly.

There is an opinion that we should hang all Militia on lamp posts. Can you please help? Or it will be pure Evil Stalinism?
