If you didnt understand my post you really must have had issues with your own.
You seem to be saying that the death penalty is an inaliable right or a privilage.
Its just a punishment. It doenst keep you safe, it doenst protect your liberty.
Its just a punishment.
Myself I am in favour of the death penalty in principal but kind of disgusted with in in practice.

punishment? yes... so what? that is only part of it... some evidence points to the fact that every execution drops homicide rates but.... even if it didn't... A person who murders like that will murder again.... he only needs the chance..

So long as he is alive he is a mortal threat to us so.... it is our right to defend ourselves by killing him. Murderers have killed from inside prison... They have had it done... they kill others inside prison with them also.

Of course killing them makes me and mine safer. Why would you not be able to see that?

Hes not getting out of jail, the fact that he can be killed for a crime he is accused of means that you can be killed for a crime that you are accused of and that is a threat to you that he never will be.
Your not safer for killing him. As fun as it is.

It speaks volumes when you think people here think it is "fun" to kill someone.

If a killer is sentenced to death,we are all safer.Maybe not from him,but from the next person who has absolutely nothing to lose...except his life.

You are safer from him only if he's dead.

There are numerous examples of killers who have escaped from prison, aflame with anger at the society they blame for their incarceration, and who spill blood at the first opportunity.
