This is almost too good. Kid makes a critical comment about his school, gets suspeneded, the ACLU threatens to sue the school, and they let the kid back in. On one side you have the ACLU
and the other side you got a school scared to take action, whether it was right or wrong.

If anything were to happen discipline-wise, it should've come from the parents who are responsible 24-7, rather than a school which is limited by geographic boundaries.
