first, we have a good friend, but this guy it's a little nasty, he keep kicking in the ball a little boy because need his "Vital space" (dont remember something to you?), and we have feed him with money and know-how since the end of the war, basically because we felt guilty of what another bad guy made to him, and we not prevented this to happen.
Meanwhile we have ignored the screams for help of the little guy for years.
