dunno if this has gone around yet but it is really a pain when you are trying to capture a base with a CV, the towns almost down and someone ups a plane or a lvt alerting a base to the CV's presence. maby having to cost a certain amount of perkies to cancel flight ops for 15-20 minutes? or maby a pop up that tells someone this base is under a sneak attack or warn of tipping off the enemy if you take off.

its mostly noobs who do not know any better and they usually land after you tell them what is going on. most of the time your too busy in the 8" all zoomed in on the town when they set off the base radar and ruin the sneak attack. just my wish

too easy to abuse, if somebody takes control and wants to let the enemy kill the CV.

You must be refering to stopping folk upping to defend Cv. Anyone with rank TODAY can take the Cv and hold it straight for bombers or what ever to sink it.

I really like the idea of a captains permission type of thing to launch but I don't think HTC would like all the "I don't like paying $15 for some &^%$# stopping me flying off the Cv", e-mails.

There was a rumour once that HTC was gonna make it that the Cv had to face into the wind to be able to launch.....oh well:(

That'd be nice. SOMETHING to decrease the gaminess of the CVs. This parking the ships a mile off a base nonsense is ludicrous, from the offensive AND defensive perspectives.
