The differences are that it was considerably lighter, carried 12 -.303 mg's, and capable of carrying rockets or 1,000lbs of ord. 8,406 out of 14,231 hurricane's built were MKII's, not just MKIIc's, though the MKIIc out lasted other MKII's flying until mid-1942.
