Who cares? It is a peaceful boycott and defiance like this is more preferable than having them wish Israel 'wiped off the map'.

I don't think it is a big deal, many countries do this sort of boycott, the US included.

Wouldn't it be MORE alarming if the port managers refused to enforce a particular country's policies and laws?

The article linked above is nothing more than alarmist political pseudo-journalism, sort of like someone waking up one day and noting that Hillary Clinton breathes oxygen JUST LIKE BIN LADEN!!!!111one  If she didn't breath oxygen just like the terrorists, then that might be news, just like it might be news if the ports firm violated local import restrictions.
Everyone I know, goes away, in the end.
