Straight to WMP?

Chaps and Chappets,

I'm finishing off my next vid but I don't want viewers to be directed to savefile.com, then click two or three buttons before downloading. I noticed some films take the viewer directly into WMP where the moview auto downloads.

How can I do that?

PS: If it means I need someone to host it, I will allow a preview first before deciding, think you''ll like what I have.:aok

that's because when they click on the link they're downloading directly from the server to their PC and its streaming through media player. The link that you give at savefile.com (aka virus-spreaders R' us.com) is not the link directly to the server, its the link to get to the link that the file is under. There is no way around that with virus-spreaders R' us.com

just find a host somewhere and put in the link as the direct file link to the film. oh and yeah, savefile.com is horrible!

maybe if you're lucky morph will let you host it with him

lol i have over a hundred users on my site. I've goten maybe 9-10 PM's from it saying there was a problem logging in. PM me through HERE with your user name and password for my site and I will check it out. There is often times alot of traffic to and from my server so it may have just been in a bad mood.

Yes I will host your film. When you PM me I'll give you instructions on how to get it on line.

Edit: I just pulled up "Spiffing" on the database and you are all set to go already. You should just have to log in and have no problem. But if you still want me to host your film PM me all the same. Try logging in though, if you still have a problem, let me know. But you shouldnt.

No probs, I managed to log in yesterday afternoon with no problems and navigated around the site ok. Looks good, I look forward to seeing more. Thanks for the hosting offer. I'll get it to you as soon as its finished. I'll PM you once it's finished, should be this week.
