All i'm sayin is it's kinda suspicious that a german car company is giving one of their cars the same model number as the FW-190 d. I realize Mercedes had almost zilch to do with the 190 fighterplane.

Eg: P-47 = 60's muscle car - big engine with lots of power, heavy body means that its not as good when it comes to turning. A6M = Japanese lightweight sportscars like S2000, RX-7(Mazda engineers actually studied A6M design for the last model).

It's logical. Is a Mercedes 190 (first small Merceses ) with a diesel engine.
Relax, is not a  conspiracy :D

Mercedes has a long history of naming their cars based on their engine capacity. However, when the then new 190 came out in the eighties, the 190 name was chosen because it indicated it came below the 200 in the range. This had nothing to do with engine capacity.

The '200' range basic engine was indeed a 2 liter engine, in petrol and diesel variants, but they used engines up to 3 liters with 4, 5 and 6 cylinders. Eventually the nomenclature was changed, the 190 became the class, the 200 became the E class

Don't worry HTC will model it with VSTOl flaps and it'll turn tighter than a Spit :D

Actually I think you may be on to something with design and locatin. The Japanese planes were light real manueverable if you come out here there cars are all like that as well small size and small engines but they are fast as he11 and can turn on a dime. Maybe a cultureal thinking when it comes to design???
