Yes.  I had flipped a Tiger a few tours ago and remembered an old trick from when WW2OL first came out.  So I aimed the turret at the ground and fired and it rolled by tank right side up.  Flipped my Tiger again a few minutes later and did the same thing and carried on.  Works in all tanks and M8.  Probably works in the LV4T as well.

I've flipped three Tigers myself. Tried it every time; never worked. Also note that it's hard to aim at the ground when your turret is submerged into the ground.
