Well the new patch has knocked me out of game, I can't even open the application
I have reinstalled the game fresh and used a restore point but still I can't open AH, when I click on the icon or click on start menu my computer freezes and the program does not open, not sure what happened all was well before the new patch now boom locked out. What tech info is needed to even begin to address this issue?? not sure what to try next.:cry :cry

Try deleting just the "cache" folder from the AHII directory.

thanks for the reply but same result When I attempt to open ah mouse Icon thinks then locks computer, system restore didnt help fresh install no help guess I am down until I get a day off to work on this >S<.

In case you didnt see....there was a problem before...Pyro posted something about a manual fix....its in news/announcements....
