beeper problem
« on: March 14, 2006, 07:18:32 AM »
Hello, Im having problem with the the actual motherboard-beeper getting into some kind of hung-up  loop of strange beepings. Its the actual beeper of the computer that is sounding strange - the normal sound from the speakers is still sounding ok. It only happens when I play AH so there must be something from AH server that feeds the impulses to the beeper.   Please tell me how to fix it if there is anyone having any ideas about it?

The BIOS beep will only go off if something is going wrong with your computer. I'd suggest cleaning out the fan on your CPU and video card; I'm guessing it's a heat warning alarm.

Could be a powersupply starting to go and when computer is under load, your powersupply can' maintain the voltages and the motherboard is sensing that.  EX. core voltage, 12 volt rail, 5 volt rail etc..
