ok i sorted out the fraps probelm and the sizing poblem so icould send it to squadies via email,now i hope i sorted out my hosting problem.

well its suppose to be on pro pichosting,you just upload the file and do thelink what a load of bs.
This poxy site not worked properly for me when hosting picturs and now your suupose to be able to do videos on it
