First, I like the buffet effect.  I turned the sound volume way down.  It seems the new buffet effect has a fine line you must cross before the effect kicks in, and when it's crossed, it feels like instant earthquake.  Try it offline - start a turn and slowly pull the stick back - sure feels like an on/off switch.  

Can we blur that line a tad to allow for a smoother transition from slight buffet to full buffet? :)

Good call. I was noticing that myself. At first I couldn't find the buffet effect (offline) but once online I ran into it a few times. I'd think a more gentle lead-in (a fade-in, if you will) would be an interesting touch.

Try stall fighting in a 109... the thing shakes like a vibrator. I love it... like sitting on top of the washing machine on spin :aok
