I always think about TWA 800 and the fire ball it became. Just think of all the aircraft that likely need wiring upgrades in the fuel tanks and the airlines keep lobbying to avoid.

Nobody's going to be jumping out of an out of control airliner.

Swearingen's test pilot rode in the SJ30 in April of 2003. Was in communication with the chase plane. When told to get out they replied to the effect that they could not move.

I'd say that's hollywood all the way.

note emergency exit location and those next to it in case the pilot flubs the take off.

note proximity and number of middle easterners, cause the second they stand up in a group the first ones gonna get his head twisted off his shoulders.

It starts as I board the plane , I look around and see who is a bit queezy about getting in the plane , once in , I watch for those people and hope for turbulance , I find people puking during flight very entertaining as long as not seated beside of me
