A Fireman was outside the station one day washing his truck, he notices this little girl about 6 walking down the street wearing a yellow rain coat and toy firemans hat. Beside her is a little red wagon with a bucket of water in it and a hose; that is being pulled by a dog and a cat. The fireman see's that unlike the dog who is attached by the collar,... the poor cat is tied to the wagon via his family jewels.
As the little girl pulls up to him the fireman looks at her and says, "Pardon me maam, I dont mean to tell you how to run yur rig... But you will get a lot more horse power if you tie that cat up the same as the dog"...
The little girl looks up at him and says "I know that mister fireman, but if I do that then my siren wont work.
