Congrats, Nelson! Everybody would be better off eating less bread, rice, white potatoes, pastrys, cakes, etc, especially the older guys with lower metabolism. Type 2 diabetes is really hitting a lot of people these days, and you can avoid it completely, or at least postpone it for a long time if you are prone to it, by staying fit. Regular exercize is a critical part of this. Everybody should take charge and make it a lifestyle change, or disease will be clipping a bull ring into your nasal cartelage and start calling the shots for you...
