I'll add my voice to this. Took a 262 up Sunday for the first time in over a year and boy, what a handfull. The 262 CT is porked to unusefullness.

Manualy trimming is the only way you can fly it now and it's still nose heavy it seems to me.

I really don't know if this is a truly bad thing though. Seems to me that the most technologically advanced A/C in WW2 should be a bit more difficult to fly here in AH...I dunno

As for other planes, the only one I've flown that's listed as porked is the Typhoon and I don't see the problem there at all.

flatbar, it isn't hard to fly the thing now... you just have to trim the elevators, which is no big deal. It's just a pain in the arse... a small bug that should be fixed.

Lazer ... you need a new mouse ?

No doubt Lazer is one of the better 38 sticks in the game...if he says he sees a difference I’m sure he does. I really don’t. The buffeting is the only thing that is a lot different but it’s actually helped me.  When I play a little later on today, I will try and note some differences.  I certainly did notice it with the 262, so it wouldn’t surprise me if every plane was affected in some way.

Right you are Ken, damn, when is the new season of MXC? :P But I hadn't read this thread until after my flight on Sunday, I wrestled with CT trying to get it to auto climb and a finaly had to trim it manualy just to survive the climb out.

Managed to kill 2 Lancs and a B24 that were hitting our HQ, but by the time I reached them I was intimately familiar with manualy trimming the 262 out of necessity.

yes, its hard to trim out a 38 doing 490-500mph whilst going for the pick. takes alot of practice.
