Yet another map idea

This map has 3 land masses.  

The largest is a standard main arena map with all countries on it.  This land mass could have furball island features.

The 2nd land mass is smaller and features an Allied vs Axis vs IJN plane set.  All 3 countries are on this land mass and the plane set rotates around german/italian, allied and japanese within a timeset. The planes available rotate each day to a different country.  

The 3rd land mass is tank town.  It should have an airfield for each country, but the ordanance is disabled unless a country is down to 3 bases.  Troops and supplies cannot be distroyed at the airfields.  You could fly a bomber or fighter from the large land mass and rearm if ord is not available.

2 problems i see:

1. someone from HTC would have to log on, or have an authorized person log on with CM privlidges and do the plane set rotation thing, as that is nto automatic in any way from what i understand. i doubt anyone other than direct HTC staff has CM access to the main arena.


2. let's just say, where is the HQ for each country? on the main island? what if 1 country gets completely pushed off the mainland, and has GV bases on the GV island only? they can have their radar taken out at HQ over and over, with no way to retaliate. unless you made it so each base only had 1 base at the "tank town" in theroy a country could be pushed there, and left like idiots, because they would have no way to fight back on to any of the other islands.


if i can think of that this fast on  bulletin board, you know others will think of other ways to "screw" with the "enemy" in a situation like that.
