I are teh confus3d about how you got that from my post, but no that's not what I was driving at :)

Edit - I'm an idiot.  Wasn't trying to imply that Schatzi or Poo weren't experienced or helpful or major contributors to the game, I was just saying I don't think any of the trainers could really be judged "more worthy" then others.

And as for the 2nd paragraph, I was just trying to say I'm sure in time they'll get it.

Garbled that one up :o  apologies to Poo or Schatzi if you took offense :)

Vudak, I in no way took offense at what you were saying. Youre quite right about that - i have been in this game only one and a half year, this being my very first flight sim (besides a very early MS flight SIM on an old IBM 2.86 back in the 80s, where screens were still black and green). Im still as much a noob as anyone else in the TA (or i at least feel like that  )

On the subject of trainers.... In a past thread in the H&T section, TC posted requirements for a trainer. HTC and TC decide who becomes trainer.

Revor, theres a lot more to being an official trainer then knowing the basics of flying and teach a newcomer how to take off :). Thank you for the compliment :). And dont worry about Gian.... he knows hell die a slow, painfull 303 death for his comment.

Pooface said one very true thing: You dont have to be a trainer to help others. Anyone can spend time in the TA, answer questions and  share his skills and experiences with another pilot. And theres lots of "veterans" doing that, that never get mentioned anywhere!

Gian, nice try on the hijack - almost professional, but just not quite up to your usual standards... what wrong? Got a GF distracting you? :D

Dedalos..... :furious  Ill show you "sucking"!!!!!! DA - NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:furious    :furious
:D Its been a while we fought... call me if you think the DA floor needs some wiping again :).

Im just counter-hijacking. If you remeber, a certain lawyer pleaded in a FM Forum thread that bringing a thread back on topic is hijacking a hijack and in itself a crime against the forum rules. :D

GF = girlfriend. I shouldve know id need to explain what that is to you :p

REVOR, one thing I can tell you for sure.

The TA corp is very aware of both Pooface & Schatzi' contribution.
Unfortunatly we can't just add as many people as we'd like.

you two!:lol

ty ghost, and superdud, and all of you. im sure that a lot of thought goes into the trainer corps, and im sure there are good reasons for all the decisions you make. and i'd agree that actually, although we may help out lots, and know our stuff, we're noobs compared to many of the trainers, and we ourselves still have much to learn, so perhaps one day, but for now, no;)

i still think it would be good to have some european trainers though:aok well, more european trainers;)
