I have perfected the art of sailing.

Set up a balanced beam reach, engage George (the auto pilot), go down to the galley and fetch a cold beer and a cigar, run up the coast a few hours to a favorite cove, drop anchor, grill steak, go to sleep, repeat all steps the following day.
