The majority of the airfields are still too far apart.  Move half of them to the lower limit of 3/4s of a sector or add FT and you have a winner, otherwise (with all respect) it's just another map with bad field spacing.

Or maybe add more fields between the spaces.

As I see it now the map is against furballers and more for field capture and toolshedding.

The large airfield / zone base seems a bit forward on the two side zones.  Perhaps swap it with the medium airfield or a small airfield one alt higher?  Just looks like the zone base may go quickly, making for a large land grab all at once that would be hard to reverse for the defender.  (could be just me -- looks strange to have a straight shot one zone base to another without at least one base between.)

You left out the FT. Without it, it's just another boring map.

You've got a TON of space in the back corners; three airfields, "tank trap" ravines to separate them and a wall of 40K mountains and you're all set.

yes. i downloaded the TE and stuff today. i plan on working on it for the next few months.

there's a few things i am looking into. moving the zone bases, and a few of the base positions.

things like spawn points i just threw in for now. i figured to look into them more carefully once the layout is more set.

do you want an official email about starting?

I guess that's it then. More preferential treatment for the GV crowd.

Whats wrong with it?  Except for the HQ's it looks fine to me.  Center makes a perfect furball area and since there's no airfields in the middle no one can get vulched taking off.  Sounds like furball paradise to me.
