Problem with that is new players that have a hard time killing stuff and are slow collecting perks. It would just blow for them to try and save up all the perks for a 262 all month just to have their effort ruined by monthly reset.

Actually that would not be a good idea.

The guys that currently let their perks pile up would feel "forced" to use those perks. The last 3 days of a tour would be full of 262's, 163's & tempests.

Try again please  :)

Eventually you could add ENY value to the pilots. The perk poor guys would earn more points killing top sticks.

rofl, so well have a new whine on 200: "You high-eny dweeb skilless HO me just to earn perks!! whaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa" :rofl yes, that would go down great i think.

Its no longer: "But i got the bigger cannon" and "my eggs are heavier" - it will be "my eny is SMALLER then yours" :lol

Well, if top sticks will get awarded with better equipment in ToD, then it'd be only fair that if you'd kill one, you'd get more then if you'd kill Joe Average Flyer.

Could work well in MA too.

CH200? Oh well, at least it would be fresh topic for a while...

Let me ask you a question. If HTC perks the aircraft you mentioned will the whine stop? I'd say no. Why? Because you'd have typhies that ho and run instead of la7s Perk the spit XVI you scream, yup a mass of nikkis might change that tone. Ohh and getting bounced in your P-40 by a P51-D is not much different than being bounced by a B model. You are still not going to catch him

Fly whay you like and like what you fly. Don't worry about the other guy.

Im just trying to find a way to use up an insane amount perk points aquired by all players

I gotta ask ... WHY ? ... what does it matter to you how many perks I have. I have earned every single one of them and choose to use them at my discretion ... why do you feel that I need to burn them all for whatever reason(s) you may come up with ?

If people are getting into the thousands of perks points odviously there are no perked planes that interest them

Perking existing planes for the reasons you state ... will still not make them more interesting or in demand for those of us that have boat-loads of perks and still prefer to fly the higher ENY planes. Perking the La-7 will not make me all of a sudden want to fly it.

Give people like me, who are picky with what planes they fly a wider variety of perked planes to choose from.

I fail to see the logic in this statement ... what you want to perk (existing planes), are already available for you to fly ... if they are perked (La-7, Spit16, etc) you will want to fly them ?, but when they are free, you don't want to fly them ?

I am beginning to think the problem is the mystique of the p-40 is fading for him. Just like the 51s fade to most others .

Hehehe, what he wants / hopes for is that when they are perked, he could use his perks to fly a lala or Spit16, and be one of the few in one of them :rofl
