I think you have to be the #1 moderator i.e. the one that gives privileges, to make a topic a sticky. I'm a mod on our squad forums and I can't so that's my edumacated guess.

Im the main mod on mine and I can't figure out how to do it.

Edit- I figured it out. Only took 3 months.

If your the Mod of the forum, down at the bottonm you have thread options. When in a thread go all the way down and youll find what Im talkking about. Easy from there.
