There are usually several teams that go to Cooperstown from my town each year. I am already starting to pull a team together for next year (2007) in a 10 and under group. Usually the teams from here are the 12 y/o group but they have a week each summer for 10 and under. If you guys are interested in seeing if you can get a slot go check this out. Everyone I have talked to says its an experience of a lifetime for the kids and for the parents and coaches.

The place is unbelievable. My 2 nephews have been there at 12 and the third is going this summer. Most of the games are carried on the internet with announcers and the works. Just a week of baseball...all day all night!
The kids get put up in dormitories/ barracks...parents in motels.
Both nephews(and their father/my brother)thought is was great. Actually think my brother enjoyed itmore.

My cousin's son played there a couple of years ago, and they absolutely thought it was a fantastic experience.
